"Wonderful"
Property was centrally located and next to a nice riverwalk. Conveniently next door to the Straz Events Center, we were able to simply walk across the river side to attend our nieces graduation event. The parking lot was free and large enough to accommodate several vehicles at a time.

Close to river walk microwave provided in the room, free ice and 4 coffee pots for 2 people. Free shuttle within 2 miles but we did not use this service.

Stayed at the hotel to attend a play at Morisani - located across the street - was able to walk to venue. Handicapped room had wonderful accessible shower, lower bed The room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was amazing, welcoming, and willing to go above and beyond. We were given choice of side, city or river, and were told specifically what floor it would be if we chose either. Truly consumer focused. The city view was spectacular from the 14th floor, and we were able to see the very theater we would attend! We did not have to drive anywhere while there! Convenient shuttles and placement is spectacular, especially if you are seeing a show at the Straz!

10min walking distance to downtown area, hotel provides free shuttle drop off and pick up within downtown/ybor area. Right across the riverside walk. Staff was very friendly, helpful with packages.

The hotel staff and facilities were excellent. Shout out to the shuttle driver Greg. My only negative was the adjacent restaurant. It was an epic fail from self seating, to having to hunt a server down for menu, to burnt food. I wouldn't waste the time and just eat elsewhere. I would definitely visit the hotel again because of the convenience of location and everything around it.

Good location to walk on the Riverwalk. Straz center for shows across the street. Close to many activities. Free shuttle service within 2 miles of the hotel. The one issue I had was the water temp. In the shower, was barely room temp. Pool area was nice. Staff very friendly.

Location, location, location... love it! The rooms are very big and clean. There was a shuttle that took us to a concert venue which was a super plus, for free. Amazing property to stay in the heart of Tampa River.

The location is great! There is a park within walking distance with a beautiful view of the river. The Gaudin restaurant has a mello vibe. We booked this hotel a couple nights before we went on our cruise the shuttle brought us to the port. It will also take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius. The drivers and front desk staff are very helpful and friendly.

I loved the fact that the room was spacious and it had a beautiful view. I was very pleased and grateful that the hotel had a shuttle that took me to nearby locations when necessary.
